  • Main market : HK (2 shops), China (1 shop), Japan, Korea, Singapore, Australia and other SE Asian countries
  • Mother company : watch designer & manufacturer for global market 
  • We are looking for  CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST   – with details as follows :
 
 
THE JOB :
 
  • Report to Sales & Business Development Manager.
  • He/She will focus on building and maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships, supporting subsidiaries and customers in daily order taking and after sales activities with high level of professionalism.
  • The candidate should have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of company policies and products.
  • Liaise with subsidiaries and customers for all business activities i.e. samples arrangement, orders, deliveries, after sales
  • Communicate with internal parties to ensure customer’s requests are fulfilled in time and with highest standard
  • Send in time to all the external counterparts all the materials needed in occasion of product launches (samples, order form, marketing materials)
  • Recommend best practices to meet service level and after sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Consolidate and update database and reports for internal and external parties
  • Liaises closely with the business units to provide high quality information regarding opportunities, customers’ complaints or competitors’ behavior
  • Follow up on payment process and after sales operations
  • Handle all ad-hoc projects assigned by the management
  • Identify and resolve problems that affect customer service quality and efficiency
  • Maintain relationship with existing customers with high quality service standard
  • University graduated or above,
  • Studies in Business, Marketing or Logistics related disciplines is a plus
  • Experience in fashion watch, fashion jewellery or fashion is highly prefer
  • Experience in HK/China/Asia market is a plus
  • Experience in watch brand owner is a plus
  • Experience in using ERP program is a plus
  • Proficient in English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
  • 5 days work
