Responsibilities

• To communicate economic information and property features of overseas properties to clients at company events (training will be provided!)
• To support Account Directors in planning exciting overseas property events (venue reservation, guest registration, sales team material preparation, and other marketing planning support).
• To assist Account Directors in researching on overseas markets, and consolidating information into a structured presentation.
• To work closely with Account Directors in providing end-to-end customer service to clients.
• To execute various marketing communication activities on online platforms, including the corporate website, social media platforms, and property databases.
• To contact external parties to obtain market intelligence via cold calls and to update our relevant database.
• To complete other miscellaneous assigned tasks

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years’ work experience (fresh graduates with a very mature character are also considered)
• Strong presentation and communication skills (public speaking ability is a plus)
• Strong computer skills, including being adept in Microsoft Office applications
• Calm, self-motivated, and positive personality
• Willing to learn
• Must be a team player with a great sense of responsibility
• Takes initiative and responsibility over own work
• Willingness to undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time
