Job Responsibilities:

• To deliver high quality member services to all members and potential member of our association
• To handle correspondence, telephone calls and emails
• To provide assistance on presentation, organizing events and functions such as gala dinner, jewelry design competition, press conferences, luncheon and seminars
• To handle drafting and drawing works such as print advertisements, posters, leaflets etc.
• Outdoor work for event
• Occasional travel to China is required

Job Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Marketing / PR or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word , Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese typing
• Basic Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred
• Customer-oriented with strong organizing and communication skills
• Co-operative and with good team spirit
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Officer
• Self-motivated, wall-organized and work independently
• Able to work under pressure with multi-tasks
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
