Skills:

• Event / project coordination and execution
• Client Servicing
• Ability to translate concept to executable event marketing activities
• Bridging the communications between clients’ needs and event production team
• Creative thinking and appreciate open-minded communications
• Preparing proposal, quotation and event rundown
• Project budget control
• Attend presentation, briefing & meetings with client
• On-site event supervision & coordination including venue set-up & dismantling

Requirements:

• 8 years ’or above solid experience in brand management and event management   
• Experience in at least 50 event onsite execution is essential
• Knowledge in account servicing
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in both written & spoken of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Good command in PC skills (MS Office), knowledge of Mac would be an advantage
• Good presentation & communication skills
