Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing Doughnut Official HK, Asia and UK websites' traffic and business growth.
• Suggest and execute optimizations on the performance of SEM/SEO

• Collaborate with marketing & design team to improve user experience
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date and identify new business opportunities

• Track and monitor SEM and social media marketing campaign performances, evaluate user behaviour and adjust digital marketing plan accordingly
• Assist in the development of digital marketing strategy for business in different fields
• Perform Ad hoc assignments as required

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in e-Commerce, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• At least 2 year of experience in marketing and e-Commerce with strong background in digital marketing / SEM
• Solid experience in digital marketing, social media management and data analytics
• Self-motivated with strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin are an advantage
