Requirements
- Degree holder
- At least 5 years’ solid relevant experience (Property Market preferred)
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Good communication and relationships with PR firm and Media
- Attentive to details and a team player
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office and PhotoShop
Responsibilities
- Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
- Formulate marketing plans for property projects
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Organize marketing materials
- Liaise with business partners for the launch of property projects
- Provide backup for sales activities
