Our Client is a well-regarded Chinese bank with a long-standing history in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Department Head in conducting yearly IT audits, review and special projects
• Act as a gate keeper to ensure proper IT control is in place
• Ensure the quality of IT audit, prepare IT audit reports, present investigation findings and offer recommendations
• Collaborate with team members to complete assignments efficiently and effectively according to the IT audit plan
• Identify irregularities/ errors in IT audit review process, ensure the corrective actions are followed through
• Enforce IT audit standard, prepare policy, procedures and manual in accordance with internal and external regulatory requirement
• Assist the other audit work as assigned

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines, with professional qualification in CISA/CISSP/CISM
• CPA is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years IT Audit experience and big 4 experience is a must
• The desired candidate must have relevant experience in carrying out internal audit within Financial Services.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Chinese word processing
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good communication and writing skills in English and Chinese
