Responsibilities:

• To handle a full set of book ledgers including data entries, Account Receivable / Account Payable record, follow up with overdue receivables
  
• To be responsible in preparing month end closing process, managing and consolidating financial reporting
  
• To be responsible for day to day financial and accounting functions
  
• To liaise with cross-departments, overseas subsidiaries and external parties for accounting and reporting affairs
• To perform ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
  
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Hong Kong Listed companies, preferably in manufacturing/trading industry
  
• Experience in both accounting, consolidation and reporting; preferably with audit experience
• Well-versed in Hong Hong Financial Reporting Standards and other regulatory rules is preferred
  
• Excellent analytical mind, strong sense of responsibility, proactive and independent
• Familiar proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)
• Previous experience in SAP is an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
