Requirements

  • Form 5 or above, LCCI Accounting Second Level
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in accounting operation
  • Previous experience in account payable and receivable
  • Detail-oriented, team player, responsible and adaptable
  • Hands-on skills in using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Immediate available would be an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Provide support on account payable and receivable transactions
  • Responsible for bank reconciliation and arranging payment to vendors
  • Assist in preparing vouchers & journals and payment schedules
  • Handle the daily accounting operation and update accounting entries
