Job Description

Accounting and Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

Assist accountant in basic accounting work, such as AR/AP, processing payments, preparing deposits and vouchers, creating financial reports, and maintaining financial database and spreadsheets;
Perform general administrative work, like answering phones, greeting customers, filing, receiving and sorting mails, replenishing office supplies, and personnel-related duties;
Provide clerical supports to Managers and handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

2-3 years relevant experience;
Ability to work independently and under pressure;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Well organized and detail-minded;
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese;
Proficient in Microsoft office
