Responsibilities:

• Supervise subordinates in both Hong Kong and China to perform day-to-day accounting duties
•  Prepare and review consolidated group monthly accounts and annual accounts
•  Review and manage monthly cash flow forecasts and cash flow statements
• Prepare tax computation, assist in the preparation of annual financial budgets and quarterly rolling financial forecasts
• Handle bank related matters e.g. KYC review and bank account issues
•  Liaise with external auditors in relation to year-end audit
• Participate in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• Qualified member of HKICPA / ACCA or related discipline
• 6 years or above relevant experience in audit or commercial firms
• Experience in PRC retail or entertainment business and Hong Kong listed company is preferred
• Possess consolidation accounting experience
• Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, MS Excel and accounting software such as Dynamic AX
• Familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting, tax and statutory reporting requirements
• Knowledge of PRC taxation, accounting rules and regulations
• Must have initiative, self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
