We are a well established automobile parts wholesale distributor, seeking for an experienced accounting professional to support the company future growth:

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling full set of accounts including A/R, A/P and General Ledger
• Support daily accounting operations and transactions such as issue cheque & invoice, handle bank reconciliation and data input in accounting systems etc.
• Process monthly payroll, MPF contribution and annual tax return
• Prepare and submit L/C & T/T banking documents
• Responsible for annual audit preparation and co-ordination
• Provide general administrative support and perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Qualification and Requirements:

• Tertiary educated with LCCI Level 2 or above
• At least 3 years of solid experience in handling full set of accounting records
• A positive “can-do” attitude is a must, self-motivated, responsible, good problem solving skills and able to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point); full time job holder must be proficient in Microsoft Excel such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Table etc
• Solid understanding of accounting software principles
• Immediate available is preferred
• Working Location: To Kwa Wan
• Working Hours: (Part Time - Mon-Fri: 9am - 1pm; Full Time - Mon-Fri: 9am - 6pm)
