Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of full set of accounts, financial report and management report
• Managing a small group of company accounts
• Prepare all the financial reports, statements and budgets
• Liaison with Auditors, handling tax matters
• Ensure smooth running of day-to-day finance/accounting & administration/human resources functions
• Supervise and provide guidance to subordinates on daily operations
• Responsible for full spectrum of office administration and HR functions, including but not limited to staff recruitment, payroll and office administration, taxation, insurance renewal, performance management and employee relations.
• Work closely with accounting/administration team in China to ensure all daily operation to run smoothly
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance, professional qualification in accountancy will be added value but not essential
• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance & Taxation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiar with Peachtree System is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure independently to meet tight deadlines
• Flexible, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment, mature and good communication skills with all levels
• Good spoken & written in English & Mandarin
• Immediately available is preferable
