Responsibilities

• Perform routine Accounts Receivable functions including data entry
• Managing daily collection activities
• Handle voucher input, accounting schedule and bank reconciliation preparation independently
• Provide clerical support for the accounting team
• Liaise with customers for enquiries raised
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• F.5 or above
• Knowledge of accounting is preferable
• Hand-on experience with SAP is an advantage
• Strong numerical skills, attention to details and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel
• Efficient, well-organized and positive work attitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediately available is preferred
