Assistant Programmes Manager II

The appointee is expected to (a) provide administrative support to the management and operation of the Global Liberal Arts Programme (GLAP) and other interdisciplinary programmes; (b) provide administrative and secretarial support to programme-level committees; (c) plan and implement strategies for promotion and publicity for the GLAP and other interdisciplinary programmes; (d) administer student advising services for the GLAP; (e) organise and participate in outreaching activities for GLAP and other interdisciplinary programmes; (f) organise enrichment activities such as mentorship programme; and perform other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor.

Requirements
Candidates should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector; (ii) strong analytical skills with knowledge in data analytic/statistical software; (iii) an excellent command of both English and Chinese and proficiency Putonghua; and (iv) excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates with less/more experience will also be considered for appointment at a relevant rank. 

Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
