Job description

• Perform general reception duties include answering of phone calls, greeting and serving clients and visitors, mainly from overseas, and booking and setting up of conference rooms, etc.
• Handle incoming/outgoing mails and courier services
• Booking of air tickets and hotel accommodations
• Organizing in-house social activities
• Provide general office administrative and clerical support; and handle any ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or above with 1-year relevant experience preferred
• Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word-processing
• Immediate availability is preferred
