Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide general office administrative and clerical supports
  • Prepare and generate reports for management review
  • Organize and manage the daily operations of the office
  • Prepare documents by Microsoft Office
  • Manage office consumables, furniture, fixtures and equipment purchasing maintenance
  • Carry out filing system, data processing
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in office administrative duties
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self motivated, responsible, independent, detail minded and well organized
  • Proficiency in computer applications (including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing)
  • Speaks fluent English and Mandarin is an advantage
  • Immediately available
  • 5.5 days of work
