• A Higher Diploma/Higher Certificate in Building Studies or Building Surveying or Construction or related field
• At least five year post qualification in supervising the lift modification and building works
• Knowledge in AutoCAD Station and experience in new development is an advantage
• Conversant with the duty of Clerk of Works such as site supervision, monitor the time programme, quality control, project cost control and etc.
• Can work independently, under pressure, closely monitor the work progress and finish the work on time
• Tight supervision to ensure the works are carried out in a safe manner
• May require to attend meetings in non-office time
• Six-day work per week from 9:00am to 5:00pm with statutory days
• Entitle 6 days annual leave per the contract period
• Gondola & Scaffolding supervision may be required
• At least fair command of written and spoken English and Chinese
