As part of the global expansion plans, the company is looking for a Human Resources Head with global responsibilities to support them with the next phase of the company growth.

Reporting to the Global CEO, the HR Head will lead several projects, assume responsibility as the primary business partner to the management team and create a platform to support all functions within the business from sales, operations and marketing; with a strong emphasis on talent management and organizational development.  Oversee all aspects of HR operations globally and put in place best in class human resources processes and structures.  The role will include ERP/CRM implementation project management, and program development with global corporations.  With a strong HR team and support the HR Head has a strong team to execute many new exciting projects and streamline current practices. The company has additional investment to support further growth in infrastructure, implementing the latest technology, and create a sustainable framework with goals to further increase the revenue.

HR leaders, Heads of HR and Senior HRMs will find this a very exciting role to take on.
