We are currently looking for a legal secretary to work under Corporate Team, supporting IPO cases and corporate finance work. The role will be supporting the team. Candidates with excellent English language skill and strong legal documentation experience are preferred.

Description

Being a legal secretary under corporate team, you will gain all-rounded exposure to various corporate cases and experience in supporting lawyers. Other major tasks you will get exposed to:

• Provide all rounded administrative and secretarial support to expatriate lawyers

• Prepare, edit, format, and proof read correspondence and documents

• Coordinate with billing arrangement in a timely basis

• Make travel and diary arrangements

• Assist in general admin work

• Any other ad hoc assignments as assigned

Profile

• At least 2 years of legal secretarial experience

• Experience or knowledge in Corporate Team with a legal firm is an advantage

• Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Chinese typing skills is required

• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office with strong document formatting skills

• Good learning and can-do attitude, good team player

• Stable working hours, 9:30am – 6:30pm (Mon to Fri)
