Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide general office administrative and clerical supports
- Prepare and generate reports for management review
- Organize and manage the daily operations of the office
- Prepare documents by Microsoft Office
- Manage office consumables, furniture, fixtures and equipment purchasing maintenance
- Carry out filing system, data processing
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in office administrative duties
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self motivated, responsible, independent, detail minded and well organized
- Proficiency in computer applications (including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing)
- Speaks fluent English and Mandarin is an advantage
- Immediately available
- 5.5 days of work
