Responsibilities:

- Provide logistic and administrative support to the team, including preparation of training materials and
  reports, management of course enrolment and training records, training venue set up, etc.

- Conduct in-house training courses for frontline staff

- Assist in administering mystery shopper programme

- Assist in implementing employee relations activities

- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
 

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or above with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience

- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing

- Good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills

- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese

- Immediately available preferred (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
