Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform HR functions including compensation & benefits, recruitment, training, appraisal, insurance claims, staff record management, visa application, etc
- Assist in planning and implementing employee relations activities
- Assist in updating staff manuals and guidelines
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years relevant experience in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- Hands-on experience in all-rounded HR duties, especially in payroll
- Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legislation
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- Independent, initiative, well-organized, with flexible personality, able to work under fast pace environment, good team player, and good people skills
- Good command of spoken & written Chinese and English is preferred
- Proficiency in PC skills, MS office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Immediate availability is preferred
