Job Responsibilities:

• Perform HR functions including compensation & benefits, recruitment, training, appraisal, insurance claims, staff record management, visa application, etc
• Assist in planning and implementing employee relations activities
• Assist in updating staff manuals and guidelines
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years relevant experience in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• Hands-on experience in all-rounded HR duties, especially in payroll
• Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legislation
• Excellent presentation and communications skills
• Independent, initiative, well-organized, with flexible personality, able to work under fast pace environment, good team player, and good people skills
• Good command of spoken & written Chinese and English is preferred
• Proficiency in PC skills, MS office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Immediate availability is preferred
