Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support for prepare tender and quotation etc.  
• Responsible for sourcing contractors / interior decoration / renovation materials
• Understand materials / technical specifications and liaise with suppliers / factories
• Negotiable Price and Terms with suppliers and contractors
• Coordinate with internal teams, external suppliers
• Follow up purchase orders from samples request to delivery
• Ad-hoc assignment 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years purchasing experience
• Experience in interiors fit-out works is preferred.
• Good skills in negotiation with suppliers & sourcing materials.
• Proficiency with MS office. 
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English.
• Willing to work under pressure
• Willing to travel
