- Responsible for HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll, MPF, employer’s returns, office and medical insurance etc.
- Handle all administrative duties
- Familiar with HR Employment Ordinance and MPF legislation
- Formulate and implement HR and Administration policies and procedures
- Maintain and update internal HR records
Job Requirements
- Ideally at least 2 year working experience in HR & Admin related areas. F&B background a bonus.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English. Cantonese an advantage
- Strong initiative, Independent with good time management
- Willing to learn and take responsibilities
- Able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in computer applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & admin. Officer OR HR & admin. Assistant.
This is a hands on roll requiring pro-activeness, the ability to be objective and anticipate tasks without direct daily supervision.
