Job Description

• Responsible for HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll, MPF, employer’s returns, office and medical insurance etc.
• Handle all administrative duties
• Familiar with HR Employment Ordinance and MPF legislation  
• Formulate and implement HR and Administration policies and procedures
• Maintain and update internal HR records

Job Requirements

• Ideally at least 2 year working experience in HR & Admin related areas. F&B background a bonus.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English. Cantonese an advantage 
• Strong initiative, Independent with good time management
• Willing to learn and take responsibilities
• Able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in computer applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & admin. Officer OR HR & admin. Assistant.  

This is a hands on roll requiring pro-activeness, the ability to be objective and anticipate tasks without direct daily supervision.
