Responsibilities

• Source, develop, and evaluate new media for employer branding and talent acquisition purposes 
• Manage our careers website and drive traffic by creating engaging content to be shared by other influencers
• Cultivate two-way relationships with potential talents and engaging them on both the attractiveness and challenges to work for our organization via social media
• Carry out data analysis to identify improvement opportunities on hiring efficiency and effectiveness
• Support talent sourcing via social media by sourcing, qualifying and presenting candidates to team

Requirements

• Bachelor degree required
• 3-5 years' of solid experience related to talent acquisition and mass recruitment
• Experience in developing content and managing social media campaigns, career website
• Strong business acumen and a high level of understanding of marketing strategies
• Self-motivated, outgoing personality
• Proven success in agile and fast paced environment
• Great communication skills in English and Chinese (written/spoken)
