Job Responsibilities:
-Support all-rounded Administration & HR support ;
-Provide all-rounded administrative support duties such as office supplies, repair & maintenance, and office security and recruitment etc.
-Handle incoming calls, answer enquires and greeting interviewees
-Coordinate with the internal and external parties to handle day-to-day duties
- Assist in any ad-hoc task as assigned;
Job Requirements:
-Degree or above, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines (final year students are also welcome to apply) ;
- F.7 candidates with 1 year related working experience are also considered;
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
-Good spoken and written English and Mandarin;
