Job Description

Your opportunity

Reporting to the APAC General Manager, this job holder will be based in Hong Kong, but responsible for am APAC regional scope.

How you will contribute

• Conduct business, financial Spot analysis, presentations
• Provide decision support for operational managers, including pricing, analysis and discount monitoring, ROI commercial operations analysis and expenses, follow-up budget (e.g. communication expenses, stores expenses)
• Participate in financial monthly closings: analysis and APAC sales monitoring by distribution channel and category of products
• Prepare budgets and forecasting
• Conduct analysis on business trends - APAC and country basis
• Conduct analysis on Last Estimate, MTD-MTD, YTD
• Conduct competitors monitoring
• Business KPIs, including: Expenses analysis of retail networks, Analysis of P&L by shop, Analysis of investment expenditure, Analysis of variances from budget / revised and previous year, Preparation of monthly business reports, Product performance reports, Client spending reports and Commission Schemes
• Participation in the budget and forecast budget process of the zone's subsidiaries in collaboration with the zone teams and the headquarters departments in Milan
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures in the shops of the zone
• Monitoring and control of inventory results shop area, Participation when necessary and possible
• Preparation of new direct operating stores projects in coordination with Milan Financial Control team

Who you are

• Possess 3-5 years of working experience in relevant scope
• Sensitive and interested in figures / numbers
• Complete tasks with high accuracy
• Be good at Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Be proactive to know the business and to follow up on tasks
• Work closely with the Financial Control team and Audit team in Headquarters of Pomellato in Milan
• Speak good verbal English and Mandarin
