Job Description
Our client is a listed financial firm under a major Chinese financial group. They are now hiring Assistant HR&Admin Manager to join the Hong Kong office.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3 to cover overall admin and HR admin functions;
- Responsible for the MPF enrollment, payroll and insurance issues;
- Maintain and manage employment documents and contract;
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Degree holder major in Human Resources Management;
- Minimum 3 years of HR/Admin experience;
- Familiarity with Hong Kong Ordinance and Labour Laws and Regulations;
- Must be positive, proactive, and willing to contribute;
- Excellent writing skills in Chinese and English and good spoken in Mandarin is a must.
