Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  •  Day-to-day office administration
  • Enforce company administration policy
  • Responsible for incoming calls, visitors or enquiries greetings
  • To assist in full spectrum HR, Administration functions
  • Handle end-to-end monthly payroll calculations and administration for Hong Kong operations
  • Handle pension schemes, benefits administration and salaries tax returns for Hong Kong
  • Support and maintain HR system, employee database and staff records
  • Support recruitment activities including headcount maintenance, job advertising, pre-screening, interview scheduling and onboarding preparation, as well as leave administration
  • Handle the full spectrum of company secretarial duties and regulatory compliance with the Hong Kong Listing rules
  • Organize board meetings and prepare meeting papers
  • Assist the Company Secretary duties
  • Assist general office administration and other ad-hoc tasks assigned

 

Job requirements:

  •  University degree in relevant discipline
  • Initiative, responsible and able to work independently
  • Good academic background
  • Excellent communication and drafting skill in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Mature, well organized and willing to learn
  • Strong MS Office skills
