Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Day-to-day office administration
- Enforce company administration policy
- Responsible for incoming calls, visitors or enquiries greetings
- To assist in full spectrum HR, Administration functions
- Handle end-to-end monthly payroll calculations and administration for Hong Kong operations
- Handle pension schemes, benefits administration and salaries tax returns for Hong Kong
- Support and maintain HR system, employee database and staff records
- Support recruitment activities including headcount maintenance, job advertising, pre-screening, interview scheduling and onboarding preparation, as well as leave administration
- Handle the full spectrum of company secretarial duties and regulatory compliance with the Hong Kong Listing rules
- Organize board meetings and prepare meeting papers
- Assist the Company Secretary duties
- Assist general office administration and other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Job requirements:
- University degree in relevant discipline
- Initiative, responsible and able to work independently
- Good academic background
- Excellent communication and drafting skill in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Mature, well organized and willing to learn
- Strong MS Office skills
