WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Act as a business partner and provide strategic and full spectrum of HR services to designated business units
• Proactively work with the business units assigned as a business partner in developing HR policies & strategies, providing effective HR services to support our business growth
• Administer and support full employee life cycle activities from hiring, on boarding, engagement and development to off boarding for designated business units
• Prepare HR analytic reports for management review
• Support ad-hoc HR projects

YOU NEED TO BE…

• Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• 5-6 years of generalist experience from luxury retail, FMCG or services industries is highly preferred
• Possess all-rounded HR knowledge with solid experience in recruitment
• Familiar with employment regulations, retail practices and market trends
• Strong analytical skills and detail minded with high sensitivity to numbers
• Strong influencing relationships with different levels of management and problem solving skills
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and database management skills
• Proficient in both English and Chinese
