Requirements:

• Degree or above
• Minimum 3 years working experience
• Excellent fluency in MS Excel
• Good Knowledge in MS Office Word and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Well-organised, hard-working and willing to learn
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Mature, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Interest in technology and willing to learn the basics of company's solution offering  
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Sales Administrator

Job Duty

• Provide support to sales operations 
• Assist with client quotations, invoices and delivery documentation
• Support Project Manage to manage and organise project deliverables
• Sales and quotation followup 
• Project document filing
