Job Description
Our client is a professional service provider working closely with I-banks, asset managers, private equities and hedge funds. With provision of all-rounded training, they are looking for starters with professional accounting background joining their team
Fund Accountant / Senior Fund Accountant
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct investment analysis and fee calculations for PE fund Portfolios
- Maintain full set of account and perform accounting duties including bookkeeping, preparing annual and quarterly financial reports
- Complete investors KYC, FATCA and CRS reports
- Liaise with auditors and tax advisers to ensure timely completion of audits and tax reports
- Assist the on-boarding of existing funds and the launch of new funds
Qualifications:
- Degree holder, with a major in accounting or finance, qualified accountant / professional qualifications
- 1-2 years of general accounting / audit experience for junior position; 3-5 years of related fund accounting experience for senior positions
- Experience with PE funds is a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
