Job Responsibilities

• Handle clients or business partners enquiries
• Perform business admin duties and follow up on outstanding issues
• Assistant to Business Development Managers
• Prepare seminar for Business Development Managers
• NO sales quota needed to be met
• Assist on ad hoc jobs

Requirements

• Native level of both written & spoken Chinese (i.e. Putonghua) is a MUST
• Willing to learn and hard working
• Cultural background and connection in China is an advantage
• Good servicing manner
• Friendly and business oriented
• Experience in customer service field is an advantage
• Passed IIQE Exam or PIBA / CIB license holder is an advantage
• Recent graduates will be considered
