Responsibility:

• Lead and own the development and implementation of Cloud architecture strategy and standards.
• Accountable for the delivery of all aspects of the design and material decision making on major architectural activities within the Cloud space
• Accountable for the identifcation, mangement and remediation of material design issues associated with major architectural activities.
• Act as the recognised technical expert associated with the Cloud domain.
• Accountable design authority for technology decisions and leadership of the appropriate governance bodies.
• Review services provided against the Cloud program strategy and benchmark internally/externally as appropriate.
• Stay abreast of technology trends and advise IT and the business about potential benefits/impacts.
• Where appropriate, provide full life cycle architectural guidance to development teams and ensure quality technical deliverables in relation to Cloud.
• Strengthening stakeholders relationships - Cultivates strong relationships with organisationally important global and/or high value stakeholders with a tailored approach including Global Business Management, Global Functions Management, Architecture for a Global Business or Global Function, IT Domain Heads and key partnerships with Strategic Vendors.
• Responsible for leading, driving and executing the architecture strategy for Cloud

Requirement:

• Domain Knowledge of global infrastructure, network technologies and security features specifically within Cloud, including GCP/AWS/Azure/Pivotal
• Familiarity with cloud migration patterns
• Strong experience in microservice architecture design
• Scrum, DevOps, SecOps and agile methodologies
• Architecture methodology and standards e.g. TOGAF is preferred
