We are a fast growing European brand of foot health products expanding our stores in Hong Kong.  We are looking for energetic, passionate and outgoing retail associates who wish to grow together with our exciting startup.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• To be a brand ambassador and confidently engage with customers providing expert product knowledge and customer service
• Execute efficient and effective handling of all merchandise from shipment processing, floorsets, and replenishment systems 
• Generate sales by providing the customer with an exceptional experience.  The Sales Associate maximizes sales by delivering efficient, friendly and knowledgeable service
• Ensure the store is neat, clean and well presented at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Honest, energetic, self-motivated and hardworking;
• At least 2 years of working experience;
• For OC3 Good command of English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
• For Tuen Mun Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin; English is a plus
• Strong prioritizing, interpersonal, problem solving & planning skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and store team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Computer and technology proficiency
