Responsibilities:

• To design dance lessons to our members in a professional manner
• To plan and organize dance programs
• To build and lead the instructor team
• To observe instructors’ performance
• To provide training to senior dance instructors
• To take part in dance performance and promotion

 Requirements:

• At least 10 years’ working experience in the related filed
• Mandatory requirement for taking relevant training courses plus proven track record on specified dances
• Performance experience is preferred
• Specialized in Ballroom Dance / Latin
• Able to organize events
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Outgoing personality, energetic and creative
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must

 Education:

• Post-secondary education or above

Professional Qualification:

• International recognized qualification
