-           Good command in spoken & written English, Chinese & Mandarin;

-           Well organized, positive working attitude, able to handle multi-tasks;

-           Good interpersonal skills, responsible, hard-working, self-motivated and problems solving;

-           Responsible, hard-working, self-motivated and independent;

-           Able to tolerate stress.

Responsibilities:

-           Responsible for project coordination, progress report updates, statutory requirements;

-           Coordinate with related parties including landlords, contractors and/or suppliers;

-           Monitor site schedule and ensure the works performed in required quality.

Requirements:

- 3~5 years experience in construction or Building projects, familiar in kitchen cabinet industry is preferable;

- Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent;

- Responsible for procurement strategy, tender and contract processes;

- Knowledge / experience in strategic planning, risk management and project management;

- Knowledge in Auto CAD preferable;

- Coordinate with main-contractor, subcontractor and monitor site progress (from beginning to completion);

- Attend site meetings and prepare reports;

- Settle payment and accounting process.
