Responsibilities:

• Accountable for all contract administration and Q.S. work from pre-contract to post-contract stage
• Prepare business proposal for tender bid and submission document
• Responsible for Q.S. duties including interim payment application, certifying payment, valuation of variation, cost control & reporting, final account settlement, cost estimation, subletting and tendering 
• Prepare Sub-Contract tender documents, review contract requirements, evaluate and analyze tenders and prepare subcontract tender reports
• Prepare and monitor monthly cost reports and budgets as well as final project accounts
• Assist in ensuring that contractual notices are issued in accordance with conditions of contract

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• 3 - 8 years relevant experience, with fit out and MEP project experience in HK & PRC, particular in payment application and final account
• Mature, Independent, can work with minimal supervision and work well under pressure
• Able to perform multi-project cost management in parallel.
• Highly self-motivated and independent, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Fluency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
