• Bachelor or Master of Degree holder in Architecture or equivalent;

• Full member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) or a Registered Architect;

• Minimum 8 years working experience with minimum 2 years in retail projects;

• Project administration experience of retail projects;

• Practice experience in the capacity of a Resident Architect is highly preferred;

• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent; and

• Good understanding of construction details and strong in coordination skill.

[*Note: Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

Tentative employment for the above post is for approximate period of 12 months.
