Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordination with different internal parties in the project;
• Liaise with external parties, e.g. main contractors and clients, as well as internal parties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree or above in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering or equivalent discipline; 
• Chartered member / formal qualification is definitely an advantage
• 5 / above years' relevant experience in building services coordination in Main Contractor preferably
• Capable of managing the E&M services sub-contractors independently
• Capable of preparing combined services drawing by AutoCAD
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with PC/ AutoCAD operations
• Basic knowledge with hands-on experience in BIM (Revit) is preferable
  
  

Candidate with less experience or academic qualification will be considered as Building Services Engineer(BSE) and Assistant Building Services Engineer (ABSE)
