• Good command in spoken & written English, Chinese & Mandarin;

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for project coordination, progress report updates
• Coordinate with related parties including landlords, contractors and/or suppliers
• Monitor site schedule and ensure the works performed in required quality
• Proficient in AutoCAD is an advantage

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years experiences in construction/ building materials is an advantage
• Strong in project administration, documentation, construction drawings
• Strong in time management, organizational skills and site management skills
• Immediate available is preferable
