Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create, edit and update the product information of website contents
• Collect, digest and summarize product and promotional offers in the market, discover the key features of different products
• Provider suggestions and feedback on website content
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service team on product information changes or update, ensure smooth communication among teams
• Communicate with external parties on product information update

Skills and Requirements:

• Financial industry experience in HK is preferential, but not mandatory
• Driven, focused personality with experience in media, publisher with journalist, editor role with role in content creating or editing
• Embrace change and flexible environments. You don’t accept the status quo and are comfortable driving change
• Strong interpersonal and social skills
• Customer focused, self-initiated, capable to work individually
• Passionate about delivering accurate content and content with insights to users
• Able to work under pressure, good team player
• Good command of English and Cantonese
