Responsibilities

• Provide remote/technical/desk side support, training for internal end users
• Provide system administration and technical support to PC and Mac users.
• Configure and maintain web server, email server, Linux, Windows 2012 and SQL servers.
• Provide network administration to all infrastructure components including firewall, switches, routers, FTP and VPN solutions.
• Perform hardware and software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Support and troubleshoot in network, hardware and software issues
• Handle daily systems maintenance, system and network monitoring, computer asset management, conduct IT Inventory control etc.
• Assist to handle any ad-hoc projects upon request by supervisor
• Collect user opinion and feedback to vendor or plan feature customizations
• Hardware purchase 
• Daily backup
• Supervise regular systems reviews and design recommendations in the improvement of the overall infrastructure security and performance
• Deliver IT services for internal staffs
• Revise and improve IT policies and procedures
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements 

• Degree/Diploma holder in Computing Science or similar discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience  
• Possess strong business acumen with excellent project management and problem solving skills.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication skill
