Key Responsibilities

• Supervise UI design team on issues like navigation, page routing, product page design and creating and implementing interaction models, user flows, and user interface specifications
• Develop mockups for our development and design team. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Track usability goals and prepare reports for senior management like measuring the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design using online tools, such as screen readers to determine effectiveness of media
• Evaluate existing applications and evaluate their UX (user experience) effectiveness and conduct usability tests on each independent type of page on all digital channels and create a report showcasing your findings and recommendations
• Prepare customer analyses based on our target demographic and initial transactions and participate in creating a content development strategy
• Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs with other members of the team or functions
• Develop and maintain design wireframes and specifications of best practices to share with other teams as new projects begin.

Requirements 

• Degree holder in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Architecture or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Engineering or User Experience Design
• Proven experience showing clear understanding of the intersection between user needs, technology requirements, and business goals
• Solid experience highlighting design for web based applications, mobile applications & consumer facing web sites and/or applications
• Entrepreneurship mindset and possess a blend of business and technical savvy, ability to drive strategy into action.
• Comfortable with Fintech/digital technology including ability to translate business and customer needs to Information Technology requirement
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
