Responsibilities:

- To be a key staff person to service external and internal customers & accomplish daily admin. and technical tasks
- Handle customer complaints & field returns of lighting and other electronic products, and drive early resolutions and satisfactory closing of the complaint cases 
- Work closely with customers, marketing, manufacturing and engineering teams to analyze product quality issues, and drive problem containment and resolution
- Report and hold regular meetings to review various field product performance results, and track short term and long term improvement efforts 
- Provide statistical & financial analysis of customer claims, and coordinate with new product development & quality management teams to raise the quality levels and competitiveness of company’s products and services
- Any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management team

Requirements:

- University or equivalent education level, at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- This is a hands-on, coordination/administrative intensive position
- With practical knowledge & experiences in OEM/EMS manufacturing in China, with expertise in electronic engineering, quality or customer support field
- Applicants with experiences supporting international customers are preferred
- Have a “can do” attitude, sensitive to numbers & time; able to build good working relationship with different levels of people, including customers, internal teams and suppliers; & be competent in applying professional skills to resolve technical, procedural and/or quality issues efficiently to achieve company goals
- With the ability to communicate complex ideas simply in Putonghua, English and Cantonese 
- Experience in the LED lighting industry is advantageous but not essential
- Will base in HK but required to travel frequently to PRC factory, and occasionally to international customer locations
