Job Description:

• To create capacity plans which meet business targets and optimize manufacturing efficiency and costs
• To determine production capacity resources required to meet existing and future customer volume demands
• To collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for planning purposes to meet operational requirements
• To analyze appropriate information and data in order to prepare production plans for multiple manufacturing units
• To ensure that appropriate capacity plans are in place and assist with the development of capacity alignment services within the organization
• To attend meetings and regularly update internal stakeholders of plans as well as highlighting issues and concerns, in particular when there is risk which could prevent the organization meeting customer demands of where there are capacity concerns
• To continually monitor and review data and plans, managing deviations and making appropriate adjustments in the event of changes or unforeseen circumstances
• To continually monitor key manufacturing processes for capacity and demand, identifying capacity constraints.
• To seek and recommend solutions to overcome issues to meet required demand
• To actively contribute to the development and support of capacity planning processes, tools and techniques and look at ways to make continuous improvements
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or their designate from time to time

Job Requirements:

•  Diploma or above in business related discipline
•  5-8 years’ experience in capacity planning, experience in intimate apparel is preferred
•  Smart, sensitive to numbers, mature and good problem solving skills
•  Experience in software "FastReact" is essential
•  Good computer skills including Chinese word processing
•  Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
•  Occasional travel to PRC or overseas is required
