Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Management Office (PMO) to monitor project delivery
• Frequent communication with oversea business units and project teams
• Compile and maintain regular reporting and site records
• Handle purchasing duties including the process of purchase orders and shipping orders
• Organize and attend meeting to report progress and resolve any project related issues
• Monitor critical path to ensure on time delivery
• Perform project evaluations and assessment of results
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects

 Requirement:

• Diploma or above, Degree holder is preferred
• Graduate in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering preferable
• Track records of solid experience in handling projects and other forms of site deployment
• Experience in oversea project management is an advantage
• Lighting background is a plus
• Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and confident in handling various project presentation and problem solving
• Good command in spoken & written English

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Assistant.
