Responsibilities:

• provide usage support on our eLearning products (systems and/or contents) to clients via phone and email communications
• resolve enquiries and difficulties facing clients
• analyse and report on clients' product usage
• advise clients on better use of eLearning products
• coordinate and handle inter-departmental communications and request feedbacks
• attend internal product training sessions on a regular basis

Requirements:

• holder of diploma or above with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
• experience of using eClass an advantage
• understanding of eLearning and with school experience an advantage
• have sense of IT and able to perform trouble shooting preferrable
• good interpersonal skill, telephone manner, and service attitude
• good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
