Job Description

A small, fast growing F&B group is looking for a dynamic and passionate Marketing Executive to join their team.

The Marketing Executive would be responsible for planning, developing, customizing and implementing marketing strategies, public relations activities, and managing social media platforms for several restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop and launch new marketing strategies to support business.
• Initiate seasonal marketing campaigns for several restaurants, and plan and execute marketing calendar.
• Provide regular management reporting to keep track of effectiveness of various marketing programs.
• Advise on social media strategies and create and plan digital content and delivery on various social media platforms.
• Use appropriate tools to manage multiple social media channels.
• Plan, coordinate with operations teams and oversee on-site execution of customer events.
• Responsible for ensuring that PR and digital agencies achieve targets, goals and objectives.
• Develop annual plan and budget for the marketing/communications/public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred. Graduate degree in a related field is desirable.
• Past experience working in luxury, retail or F&B marketing and/or communications is preferred.
• Applicants must be fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Traditional) & English.
• Applicants must be self motivated, and be able to establish priorities and work independently.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator is preferred.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Marketing Executive.
